Gear Barn at The Lodge
The adjacent multi-purpose Gear Barn is the official base camp for outdoor pursuits. This rental program exclusively for residents is the jumping-off point for adventures in every season. A variety of gear is available to homeowners for adventures. The Gear Barn is also available as a flexible space for planned activities such as Yoga, Aerobics and Pilates, as well as for community meetings, gatherings and events.
The Pool and Spa at The Lodge
Our residents get to enjoy a sparkling resort-style pool and heated spa along with the option of reserving private poolside cabanas. While the adults can relax poolside at our cabanas or lounge chairs, the children play in the kid-friendly pool designed specifically for them.
The Fire Pits at The Lodge
The Lodge offers a unique place to relax and unplug. With comfortable seating around our outdoor fire pits you have the perfect environment to hang out with a group of friends on a cool night. This is an amenity to utilize all year long!
BBQ Grills at The Lodge
A great spot for a cookout with family and friends. Our built in BBQ grills are great to utilize anytime of year. A covered area accompanied with counters, a sink, and mini-fridges our members are able to host all sorts of events in this space.
Amphitheater at The Lodge
The home of our Summer concert series and movie nights, the Amphitheater is a large stretch of green grass and a beautifully designed stage. The Amphitheater and lawn together are a perfect space to have a wedding, a dinner under the stars, Karaoke nights and much much more.
Picnic Area at The Lodge
Surrounded by Olive trees, string lights and picnic benches, the Picnic Area is a great place to throw a small get together or birthday party! It's also a great hangout spot for our events taking place outdoors.
Herb Garden at The Lodge
The raised Herb Garden was designed as a backyard garden perfect for when caterers come in for events! The Herb Garden has everything from Basil, Chives, Kale to Lavender and Apples. You'll definitely want to check it out and maybe even get some inspiration for your own garden!
Community Room at The Lodge
Our Community Room located inside The Lodge offers different seating areas. Utilize the Wi-Fi and get some work done. Watch the game on our big screen TV. Grab a book, a cup of coffee and sit back and relax on one of our comfy couches! Also perfect for holding all sorts of events.
Demonstration Kitchen at The Lodge
We're all very excited about the Demo Kitchen located in the Community Room. We will be bringing out demonstration chefs to exclusively prepare and teach our members a variety of different dishes for different diets.
